Healthcare Alignment Strategists
Karma Health Partners was launched in 2019 by a senior group of healthcare experts just as COVID19 was hitting the United States. Over the past year, our team has defined a methodology that focuses on aligning the primary stakeholders in the healthcare continuum. We have created a vendor Ecosystem that focuses on aligning the three most important stakeholders of healthcare: Providers, Patients and Payers.
Aligning stakeholders through innovative technologies and processes that drive patient engagement as consumers, will be an important shift over the next five years. Aligning providers to risk contracting and value based care models in communities and moving providers away from fee for service, siloed revenue models, will redefine the delivery of healthcare by 2025.
Our team works with all stakeholders, including technology and service companies, to ensure that these two shifts in the healthcare business model are not only implemented, but optimized.
RPM will lead the way to value based care and more aligned healthcare as patients become more accountable for their care.
Biologics products are often sold at a premium. KHP has developed a taxonomy that brings transparency to a marketplace designed to confuse buyers into spending more than they should when identical alternatives are available at a dramatically reduced cost.
Patient Acquisition, Compliance and Retention are the three pillars of a successful provider practice. There are literally thousands of tools available in the space to help practices but finding those that make the most sense for a practice can be daunting. We help our clients engage patients in ways that offer solid ROI with vetted and proven partners.
From the operating room to the ambulatory clinic, from medical devices to IT services, we assist our clients in procuring the products and services they need to deliver quality healthcare to patients cost effectively and efficiently.
CCM has been around for years but COVID has accelerated their adoption by providers and patients because payers quickly changed.
FDA restrictions on new products ensures that modifications to proven technologies are minimal, leaving device companies to develop slick marketing campaigns to differentiate their products. KHP helps our clients sift through the marketing noise so they can take advantage of what is truly a buyers' market.
EHR's started as an electronic filing cabinet and have remained that way for decades. Their ability to act as the platform for value added apps to build from will continue the trend of innovative startups shifting the landscape of healthcare.
Demand has never been higher for Personal Protective Equipment than during the COVID 19 pandemic. We help our clients locate and procure high quality PPE products, while avoiding profiteers and counterfeit products.
A clinic cannot be run without a stable and trustworthy financial backbone. Many PMS's have not grown with the times and the lack of innovation to engage the patient or reduce inefficiencies means many clinics need to start shopping for a replacement.
RCM has been siloed for years, with service firms owning the front end or the back end only, we believe that RCM starts with the first patient phone call and never ends and we look for partners who share our vision of RCM as a patient engagement system.
We believe that all technologies need to be evaluating RPA, ML and AI to reduce FTE involvement. This may be in the RCM process or at the point of care (POC) between provider and patient - in the end we have to focus on being smarter with our optimization of technology.
